A white Rhum Agricole from Trois Rivières. This company takes its name from the three rivers that provide natural borders to the estate: Bois d'Inde, Oman and St. Pierre.

This rum is made in Martinique, with the cane grown in the clay rich soil of the south of the Island. This is some of the best soil in the world for the cultivation of cane, as it is rich in magnesium, whilst the roots of the cane drawn upon sea water.

This produces a uniquely maritime rum, with notes of sea salt accompanying the flavours of bright tropical fruit, vanilla, grassy cane and slight citrus.

Makes for a really intensely flavoursome Daiquiri.
