A delicious golden rum from Trois Rivières.

This company grow their cane in the south of the isle of Martinique, which has some of the richest soil for the cultivation of sugar cane. The clay-like earth is rich in magnesium, and the roots of the cane sink into sea water, giving it a rather unique taste profile.

This rum has been lightly aged, imparting flavours of vanilla, bright oak, toffee, woodspice and barrel char to the classic grassy fruits of the Agricole. A little salted caramel maritime flavour appears on the finish.

Superb quality as a daily drinker, and great in cocktails, this is a fabulous value for money Agricole option.
