The 2017 bottling of the Walsh Whiskey’s popular the Irishman Cask Strength series.

This bottling is a blend of Irish single malt and single pot still whiskey aged in Bourbon casks.

This whiskey opens with notes of malt bread and thick vanilla, followed by flavours of dried apricot, almonds, cedarwood, cereal sweetness, peppery spice, chili, pineapple, toasted malt, oak, and biscuit. A classic Bourbon cask Irish whiskey.

Bottled at a cask strength of 54% ABV and without chill filtration or colouration, this is a thick-bodied and fully flavoured Irish dram.

Just 3,510 bottle were produced, each presented with their own wooden gift box.
