Bottled by the Walsh Whiskey Distillery as part of their “The Irishman” range, the Founder’s Reserve is a whisky that does a unique take on the old Irish Pot Still Whiskey style, by using the same old recipe as once used by their founder, John Walsh. The whisky is a blend of two styles: 70% single malt and 30% single pot still.

The Founder’s Reserve is matured exclusively in bourbon casks, yielding a distinctly flavoursome whisky.
