A kind of bottled punch from London gin distillery Sipsmith, very much in the Pimm’s mould.

This bottling is made with a base of Sipsmith’s London Dry Gin, which has been infused with rose petals, tea, lemon verbena, borage (starflower) and bergamot.

The result is a deeply fruity with notes of orange, strawberry, black tea, bergamot, grass, lemon rind, juniper, tannins, quinine and herbs.

Absolutely perfect for mixing with lemonade, mint and chopped fresh summer fruits. A great option for a summer’s day.
