A Rosé non vintage Brut from Grand Marque producer Piper-Heidsieck.

This wine is made with an addition of Rosé wine from 100 different Pinot Noir crus to Piper-Heidsieck’s high quality Brut non vintage Champagne. Piper-Heidsieck’s production team are renowned for being one of the best in the business, and they are the folk behind this excellent bottling.

This wine serves up notes of pink grapefruit, blood orange, rose petals, berries, cherry, grapes, almond and a little brioche. This bottling pours a bold clear red, with a good medium body and persistent bubbles.

Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage bottling makes an excellent pairing for saltier foods such as French fries or salty cheese, but is also delicious served alone.
