A fully organic VSOP Cognac from the Normandin-Mercier house.

This bottling has been aged in French oak barrels for 7 years, and is entirely made with grapes from the Petite Champagne cru of Cognac.

The result is a Cognac that offers up notes of fresh flowers, juicy grapes, warming spice, vanilla, oak, toffee, slight tobacco, bright citrus rind, apples and pears.

A delightful VSOP, with a great sense of terroir.
