The unaged expression in Nardini’s range of premium grappas.

The ‘Selezione Bortolo Nardini’ is named after the distillery’s founder, Bortolo Nardini, who established the company in 1779.

This grappa is made using three different grape pomaces: Pinot Grigio, Merlot, and Cabernet. These are distilled in a combination of vacuum and column stills.

The final result is a floral and slightly spicy grappa, with notes of chamomile, vanilla, rose, white peach, bananas, ginger, plum, earthy wood, and violet.

Crystal clear, the grappa is bottled in a design which recalls the architecture of Nardini’s historic headquarters.
