A classic dram of ‘The Beast of Dufftown’ from Gordon & MacPhail’s Distllery Labels series.

This whisky has aged for 25 years in Sherry casks, and bottled at a warming 46% without chill filtration. Mortlach’s 2.81 times distilled spirit is well known for shining in indie bottlings of Sherry maturation, and this whisky is no exception.

This expression offers notes of meaty malt, raspberries, black cherries, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, oak spice, redcurrants, polished oak and chocolate oranges.

Another fantastic, seriously mature dram from G&M.
