A double matured Irish whiskey from Hinch distillery.

A classic Irish blended whiskey, this bottling contains both grain and malt spirit, which has been matured in a combination of former Bourbon casks and virgin American oak barrels.

The result is a sweet, malty and creamy whiskey with notes of vanilla custard, green apples, hay, fresh bread, tobacco leaf, apricot, clear honey, peach yoghurt and warming cinnamon spice.

A terrific, typically Irish profile. This dram has been bottled at 43% ABV, giving a little more body and warmth to the spirit.
