A fabulous London dry gin from one of the oldest family run gin distilleries in the industry. The brain child of Christopher Hayman, a man who has been making gin for over 40 years, so should know a thing or two, this gin is simple but powerful! Hayman’s uses lemon and orange rind for an incredible citrusy note, whilst coriander lends spice and body, and powerful juniper makes up the back bone of this marvellous expression. Wonderful in a Martini, we also find this gin is excellent in more citrusy cocktails such as the Gimlet and the Pegu club. A classic!
