A lovely small batch bottling of Glenrothes single malt, bottled by Signatory for its Small Batch Edition series. This is the second bottling in the collection.

This 2011 vintage has been aged in a combination of Oloroso sherry and Bourbon casks for a total of 12 years.

The end product is a sweet and supple dram, with notes of freshly baked pastry, honey-soaked baklava, cinnamon, cloves, gingerbread, freshly cracked black pepper, peaches in syrup, malt biscuits and toasted oak.

Bottled at 48.2% ABV for a little added warmth and body.
