This range colour codes its bottlings into three broad categories: Smoky, Bourbon or Sherry. This bottling, with its bold purple livery, falls in to the final style, and is a classic example of a sherried Speyside whisky. At 11 years old, the whisky displays excellent balance between old and young.

The dram offers up notes of chocolate raisins, malt, sherry, prunes, plums, apples, pears, buttered toast, sherried oak, pastry, almonds and jammy red berries.

Bottled at 43% ABV and without colouration, this is a great value dram.
