Part of a spate of new releases from this previously little seen Speysider, this 15 year old dram was first released in 2019.

Since Billy Walker (of BenRiach and GlenDronach fame) took ownership of Glenallachie in 2017, he has worked hard on using existing reserves to create a high quality standard range of single malts. This is one such bottling.

This whisky enjoyed a finishing period in former Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads, producing a well balanced, fruity and complex final product.

Glenallachie 15 delivers flavours of bright, sweet dried fruits, ginger, chocolate biscuits, malt, walnuts, toasted peanuts in caramel, fragrant pressed flowers, figs, vanilla and dark oak.

Another supremely well crafted whisky from Billy Walker’s team, bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration or artificial colouration.
