Glenallachie is known to shine in sherry casks, and so it proves with this delicious Signatory bottling.

A 2009 vintage, this dram was matured in a first-fill sherry butt for 12 years, having been bottled in August 2022.

This maturation has produced a single malt whisky packed with rich dried fruit and spice flavours, serving up dates, vanilla pod, candied walnuts, cinnamon, cloves, raisins, toffee, dark chocolate, espresso, nutmeg, black pepper, old oak and drying, tannic wine.

Presented at a fearsome 65.8% ABV.
