A truly fabulous Guyanese rum. This spirit uses thickly flavoursome Demerara sugar as the base, making for a chewy and tasty rum.

This rum has been distilled at the iconic Diamond distillery, using the famous Enmore wooden still and the Savale stills from the Uitvlugt distillery. This rum has been aged in oak casks for at least 5 years, giving it a lovely balance of flavours between the cask and the spirit.

Drinkers should expect notes of toffee, vanilla, brown sugar, crème brulee and bright oak. This El Dorado has remarkable character for its age.

This rum is incredibly versatile, excellent both when drunk neat and when used in cocktails (makes a superb Daiquiri), it is the ideal bottle for the home bartender.
