21 years is a extraordinarily long time for a rum to be matured, and the result is a spirit of outstanding flavour, depth and character. El Dorado 21 serves up notes of caramel chocolate, dark tropical fruits, with dense dried fruit flavours, treacle tart, cigar smoke, burnt sugar, oily nuts, flowers and wood spice.
