A cracking white rum from Bajan outfit Doorly’s.

This rum has been aged for 3 years in oak, before being filtered to remove the colour, but not the flavour.

The result is a white rum with a lot more character than the standard fare.

Doorly’s 3 Year Old offers notes of pineapple, ripe bananas, grassy cane, vanilla, almonds, toffee, gentle oak and spicy warmth.

Bottled at 47%, this rum has a good body, and is the ideal base for all manner of cocktails.
