A well aged bottling from famous Scotch blenders, Dewar’s.

Dewar’s 15 (also known as ‘The Monarch’) was the first whisky to be created by Master Distiller Stephanie Macleod, who became the first female master blender for Dewar’s in 2006. She designed this whisky to be a sweeter, lighter style of the Dewar’s profile.

This dram combines aged grain and single malt whiskies. The spirits have been matured in Bourbon and Sherry barrels, before being blended together and left to integrate in a marrying cask.

The end result is a whisky that offers subtle Sherried dried fruits, nuts and spices, apples, oily citrus rind, light lemon, vanilla, crunchy malt, cereals, a little hay, light oak and freshly cut grass.

Dewar’s recommend trying this in a highball.
