This beautifully designed Mezcal is made with a base of three different agave strains: Americana, Funkiana and Univittata, the last two of which grow only in Tamaulipas.

A more contemporary styled Mezcal, the agaves are ground by shredder, before being distilled in copper stills and aged for a time in glass. This aging process gives the different agave flavours a chance to integrate, ensuring a consistent flavour profile.

The end result is a complex and fully flavoured Joven Mezcal, with notes of rooty spice, cucumbers, oranges, powdered wine sugar, slight succulent agave, oily lemon peel and a little mustard seed.
