A powerful Deanston bottling from Signatory’s Cask Strength series.

This whisky was matured in a single first fill sherry butt for 12 years, having been distilled on the 14th of June 2007, and bottled on the 12th of February 2020.

The final result is a rich, fruity and intensely spicy whisky. Drinkers can expect notes of dried fruit, leather, jammy red berries, cinnamon, orange peel, old oak, nutmeg, toffee, malt, and classic Deanston nuttiness.

This Deanston has been bottled at a fearsome cask strength of 64.5% ABV, and without chill filtration or colouration, ensuring a dram full in body and flavour.

Only 630 bottles were produced.
