A Guadeloupean Rhum Agricole from Damiseau, made with fermented juice of the sugar cane.

This rum has been aged in oak casks for 6 months, and then presumably filtered for colour before being bottled.

Grassy and fragrant, with a rich sweet floral note and touches of lime rind, herbs, banana and peppery spice. The rum is powerful at 50% ABV, which means it will stand out in even the most complex cocktail.

A good mixing option for any bartender.
