The new flagship bottling from Bowmore. This is a non age stated whisky which pays homage to the distillery’s historic no. 1 vaults: the oldest maturation cellar still in use in the whisky industry. A traditional dunnage warehouse nestled close to the Atlantic shoreline, in which the unique flavours of Bowmore develop. It was in this warehouse in 1779 that Bowmore laid down their first casks. This whisky has been matured exclusively in first fill Bourbon American oak casks, giving this single malt an extraordinary vanilla flavour which pairs perfectly with the strong peat smoke that is Bowmore’s trademark. An affordable, delicious and welcome addition to the Bowmore range.
