The spirit has been smoked with sun-dried Texan Scrub Oak using a ‘secret process’.

The final product is a light, bright and youthful corn whisky with notes of bold smoked apples and oranges, sugar, butter, sweetcorn, barbecue embers, peaches, chilli, tobacco smoke, tea, charred oak and fresh mint.

Bottled at a robust 53% ABV, this dram is fiery by name and by nature.
