The first whisky to be legally produced in Texas, this fascinating corn spirit is produced using Blue Corn, a heritage strain of maize developed by the Hopi Native Americans.

The maize is said to lend an oily richness to the final spirit, whilst maintaining the sweet, bright youthfulness that is typical of American whisky. Baby Blue has been aged in new American oak casks.

The result is a dram that serves up delicious flavours of buttery soft oak, vanilla, brown sugar, candied orange peel, bananas, sweet grain, toasty tortillas, caramel, cinnamon, baked apples, pineapple, coffee and fresh peach.

Bottled at a warming proof of 46% ABV, this bottling has moved seamlessly from inaugural release to modern day classic.
