Another colourful installment in this fun series of gins from Destilleries del Marseme.

Produced in Spain, as part of that nation’s burgeoning gin industry, each of these gins has been inspired by a different element.

This bottling takes water as its theme, and as such, it has been coloured blue and possesses a refreshing flavour.

Based around the core recipe from the brand’s “Air” offering (made with botanicals of juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, orris, liquorice, citrus and cardamom), “Water” adds plentiful floral notes of violet and rose petal.

The final product is as bold in flavour as it is in looks, and makes for a terrifically fragrant gin and tonic.
