Another impressive gin from Spain, this time from the Destilleries del Marseme.

The 5th series has been made with different colours and elements in mind: water, for example, is a vivid blue. This particular gin is made with the air we breathe in mind. As such, it has been left clear, but is still presented in a bold black bottle.

This is a classic London dry style gin, with a light citrus flavour, strong juniper flavour and bittersweet character.

This bottling is a great introduction to Destilleries del Marseme’s “5th” range, as each of the other gins is takes Air as its starting point, adding new botanicals to create a new gin.

An excellent, versatile gin.
