Another cracking gin from Spanish company Destilleries del Marseme and their elementally inspired 5th series.

“Fire” is coloured a rosy pink, recalling the toasty glow of this element.

Based around a core of their “Air” spirit (which has botanicals of juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, orris, liquorice, citrus and cardamom), “Fire” adds extra berry flavours, with an infusion of blackberries, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.

The result is a slightly sweet, and fruity gin, which makes a pleasingly pink G&T, and is sure to stand out on the back bar.
