The Woodford Double Oaked is, as suggested by the name, matured in two different barrels – the first being a traditional, charred barrel and the second being a heavily toasted, lightly charred barrel, said to impart a softer, sweet oak character. Taking home a bunch of awards over the past few years, most recently double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, this Kentucky straight bourbon has proven itself time after time.
