A cracking Irish single malt from West Cork distillery.

This dram was initially matured in first fill Bourbon casks, before being finished in specially made virgin oak casks from the Kelvin Cooperage in Kentucky.

The result is a rich, oaky dram with powerful flavours of vanilla, toffee, apple, pears, buttered corn, charred malt, sawdust, cracked black pepper, bright oak, nutmeg, banana, cinnamon and slight cardamom.

Bottled at 43% ABV, West Cork do not chill filter their whiskey, even at lower proofs, so the spirit will occasionally haze at lower temperatures.
