A delicious Irish Single Malt from craft distillery, West Cork.

Initially matured in first-fill Bourbon casks, before being finished in barrels from the Garnier Calvados distillery, this is an intriguing and rather fruity whiskey.

Drinkers can expect notes of dried apple peel, vanilla, green apple candies, almond, white pepper, pear, acidic cider, bright malt, toffee and light oak.

A well balanced, yet rather striking Irish Whiskey, which has been bottled at 43%, and without either chill filtration or colouration.
