Another impressive release from this relatively new Irish whiskey brand.

A traditional blended Irish whiskey, this is made with 25% malt spirit and 75% grain whiskey. The spirit is aged in first fill former Bourbon barrels, which give it a rich, vanilla-led flavour with plenty of spice and oak.

This is a classic Irish blended whiskey, with a wonderfully grassy malt note and some citrusy bright grain.

In 2015, this whiskey picked up a double gold medal from the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America Convention.

West Cork suggest using this in an Irish Coffee, where it brings out the vanilla and spice often found in coffee.
