Another delicious solera-matured Spanish brandy!

This time round it is Torres 5, which is made using the Catalan grape varieties of Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel·lo (often used in Cava production).

This is an entry-level brandy which keeps things sweet and simple, with flavours of almond, grapes, dried fruit, vanilla, toffee and a touch of spice.

A great tool for bartenders, this makes a cracking Spanish-style Sidecar.
