A traditional style of cocktail bitters created by the Bitter Truth.

These bitters have been based off a recipe created by “Professor” Jerry Thomas – a legendary bartender of the 1800s.

The bottling was flavoured with almond, ginger, angostura bark, and dried fruits amongst other botanicals.

The formula has been tweaked a little to match modern palates (and modern food safety regulations) but remains just as delicious as the original.
