The first celery bitters to be launched commercially for many decades, celery bitters date back to the 19th century, when they were used to deepen the flavour of cocktails.

Made with celery stem and leaf, coriander, chicory and ginger, the bitters offer a slightly savoury punch, with powerful herbaceous and spicy flavours.

Works superbly well in a Bloody Mary, and even in cooking (particularly with seafood), this bottling is also worth using alongside spicier gins in Martinis and G&Ts.
