Styled as inspired by Caribbean Cuisine, this is German company The Bitter Truth’s take on the Creole flavours found in bitters such as Peychaud’s.

These bitters are heavy in flavours of smoked wood, cayenne, pepper, cherry, dried fruits, cinnamon, paprika, anise, caraway and fennel. They have a reddish bronzed hue, and are delicious in Sazerac’s, Old Fashion’s and French 75 cocktails.
