This dram was aged for 11 years in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks, which provide the perfect vessel for showcasing Talisker’s signature peppery peat.

The whisky offers notes of burning wood, vanilla, citrus rind, coastal peat, white pepper, tangy oak, prunes, burnt apples, dried apricots, burnt toffee and a little wine tannins.

Beautifully presented with a luminescent jellyfish on the label, reflecting the maritime nature of this whisky.
