The standard proof edition of Savanna’s delectable white Rhum Agricole.

This bottling is made with the fermented juice of the sugarcane, which grows in abundance in Savanna’s home, the Indian Ocean island of Réunion.

Savanna ferment their sugar cane juice for two days, then distil it immediately, to preserve the fresh, fragrant flavours of the cane.

The final result is a refreshing and bright rum, with notes of vanilla, almond flakes, powdered white sugar, succulent sugar cane and some muted pepperiness.

Although weaker than its 52% sister bottling, this rum still clocks in at a respectable 45% ABV, which is plenty strong enough to make itself known in cocktails. Try this in a classic Ti’ Punch, or a range of Tiki drinks.
