A lovely little amber rum Agricole from Saint James distillery in Martinique.

Made with the fermented juice of the pressed sugar cane (as opposed to the standard base of molasses) this bottling is a classic Rhum Agricole.

The spirit has been aged for up to two years in Limousin French oak casks.

The result is a grassy, fragrant rum, with light notes of oak, spice, dried fruits, lime rind, pressed flowers, pineapple and bright, verdant sugar cane.

At 45% ABV, this rum enjoys a touch more warmth and body.

Perfect for mixing into cocktails.
