High quality cocktail bitters from esteemed Rhum Agricole producers, Saint James.

The Martinique distillery, which dates back to 1765, has produced a unique take on the traditional cocktail bitters.

The bitters were developed by Saint James brand ambassador, Stephen Martin, who referred to old pharmacists notes, alongside historic distiller’s and bartender’s manuals whilst creating his recipe.

The bitters use a base of Rhum Agricole, into which botanicals including wormwood, gentian, quinine, angelica, caraway, ginger and coriander are infused.

Saint James Aromatic Cocktail Bitters are a floral, spicy and herbal ingredient that will elevate any drink requiring bitters.

Unsurprisingly they do very well in Agricole-based drinks!
