A high quality blended white rum from Rivère du Mât.

The distillery is found in Réunion, a French Overseas Department in the Indian Ocean. Legend has it that a boat sent to explore the island ran aground in a river, with only its mast visible for many years. This lead to the river being named “the river of the mast” or Riviere du Mât, later giving its name to this distillery.

The rum itself is a fruity, clean white rum made with “fresh molasses”. Drinkers can expect notes of powdered white sugar, pineapple, mango, lime rind, slight sugar cane grassiness and subtle peppery spice.
