A extra old Calvados from Pere Magloire, one of the more famous producers of the Normandy apple brandy.

Aged for a minimum of 9 years in oak casks, this Calvados has had plenty of time to develop depth of flavour and character.

The end product is a rich, fruity Calvados with flavours of caramelised red and green apples, some acidic cider, blossom, light oak, cinnamon and nutmeg spice, vanilla and a little dried apricot.

A perfect after dinner alternative to a malt whisky or Cognac.
