Following double distillation in copper pot stills, this spirit has been aged for 4 years in oak casks, developing excellent complexity and depth of flavour.

This bottling offers up notes of cider, baked apples, cloves, cardamom, cumin, almond, crunchy green apples, gooseberries, walnut, oak, flowers and slight leather.

A well made, and fruity Calvados, perfect for sipping slowly, but also useful for adding an interesting apple-y note to cocktails.
