A malt whisky which marks collaboration between Scotland and India.

Produced by Master Distiller Michael John, this whisky is made with Indian 6-row barley found at the base of the Himalayas, “edited” with the addition of about 15% peated barley from Scotland. The spirit was aged in former Bourbon barrels.

Paul John Edited serves up flavours of honey, oats, dense herbal peat, grass, lemon, sea spray, iodine, malt, honey, liquorice, charred wood, spice, coffee and milk chocolate.

Bottled at a warming 46% ABV and without chill filtration, this is a luscious, subtly smoky dram.
