A 25 year old solera aged rum, aged and bottled in the Dominican Republic by the Oliver & Oliver company. They really like their experimental cask finishes, and as such they have sourced barrels that once held fine malt whisky at the Tomatin distillery of the Scottish Highlands. This release was bottled in 2015 with no more than 2000 bottles in total. Bottled at a healthy strength of 43%, this is a very delicious rum.
