A high quality rum bottled by Oliver y Oliver for their Opthimus range.

Opthimus is made with rum from the Dominican Republic, which has been aged in a Solera system of former Bourbon American oak casks. The rum was bottled in 2018.

This bottling offers flavours of foam bananas, vanilla, flowers, white peaches, oaky spice, apple, pear, grapes and a little bittersweet coffee bean.

A lovely sipping rum, limited to 5,000 hand labelled bottles.
