The Oliver & Oliver company does not distill anything themselves. The source all of their rum from all of the Caribbean, and they then mature it in their own warehouse until it is deemed ready to be bottled. This rum is of the solera-type, meaning that it is a blend of rums aged up to 21 years. According to Dominican law, there must be at least 15% of the oldest rum in the blend. This rum was bottled in 2015 with an ABV of 38%.
