This Dutch single malt whisky was distilled on the 25th of October, 2001, and then laid to slumber in Oloroso Sherry casks for over 12 years, until the 26th of January, 2015. The end result is a rather stunning symbiosis of the house character of Millstone and rich, dark fruitiness from the Oloroso Sherry casks.
