Here at Fine Drams, our love for the fine spirit that Millstone produces is no secret. This Dutch whisky, distilled at the Zuidam distillery, is some of the most interesting and exciting whisky being produced in Europe at the moment. This is another excellent example of the fantastical product they create, a beautiful single malt whisky aged in Oloroso Sherry casks to give a superb nutty and fruity flavour. This is a bright and youthful spirit, rich malty toffee and cereal sweetness, as it has only been aged for three years, between the 3rd of February 2014 and the 16th of March 2017. The whisky is bottled at a warming 46% ABV, and is neither chill filtered nor artificially coloured, allowing the drinker to experience the full flavour of the spirit. Another excellent bottling from this sensational distillery.
