A South African rum made in a pot still from the pressed juice of the sugar cane.

This rum is made using Nkomazi sugar cane, grown on the Mhoba Estate close to the village of Malalane.

Unaged, this spirit offers a pure flavour of the cane itself. Drinkers can expect notes of chopped mint, cream, lime rind, grassy sugar cane, salt and overripe mangos.

A very impressive and interesting rum. Would make an excellent base for cocktails.
